Agar kisi pr 279,337 ipc lagi ho or samne vali party baad m samne vali party 338 ipc add krva rhi ho to kyse roke
as you have said tht the ipc section is getting converted to 338 as the conditions you have described her is not so much easy for you . in this regards we need to make an attempt from higher and copmpetant authority to get rid of the whole FIR istead if one section in tht way you can be saved
