Nahi aapko koi bhi dikkat nahi aayegi jab tak aapka case pending hai... Haan agr aapka saja hoti hai toh tb nahi aapka government job per rakha ja sakta hai.... Filhal aap during trial jahan bhi apply kar rhe hain kijiye....

As per government rule no criminal case lies upon u when u enters into government job... But in your case the matter u/s 324 is going on in court and in the same matter if u acquittal then u would not be fear.
