A bailable warrant does not mean you are automatically guilty or that you will be arrested immediately without remedy. Since you have now come to know about the case, you should immediately engage an advocate in Gujarat and appear before the concerned court. Your advocate can file an application to recall/cancel the bailable warrant and seek regular bail. Also verify the exact nature of the complaint filed by the loan app company. Non-payment of a loan is generally civil in nature unless there are allegations of cheating or fraud. Avoid ignoring court proceedings, as continued non-appearance may lead to stricter coercive steps. Try to collect all loan documents, repayment details, and communications with the app company for your defence.

first verify whether the warrant copy they sent is original. if original means you should go there and recall the warrant. thereafter you may run the case or initiate settlement talks. if it is bailable warrant police not arrest you if it is non bailable police will arrest you

You can speak with the bank agents to resolve the issue by paying the remaining amount within interest. If you are still worried about the pending case, connect a lawyer and share the details. They will help you
