who so ever has conducted the post mortem has to come and give his statement in the court and give his written submissions before the hon'ble court giving clarifications and and after that the court will have the authentication of the post mortem as well.

Ask that insurance company to give whatever they are saying in writing, then take that letter to the same court and submit in accordance with law and enjoy the show then. When an insurance company has this much of audacity against a court order made serve them the right way or path.
