What is the cost to get a certified copy of chargesheet from the Surajpur District court in Greater Noida? If the lawyer of the victim applies.

hi the chargesheet is provided free of cost however for necessity some documents or exhibits needed from the court file then some fee may be needed this is the general rule the victim is also entitled a copy

In Surajpur District Court, Greater Noida, a certified copy of the chargesheet can be obtained through the court’s Copying Section by filing a “Copy Application” (Form 35). The application can be submitted either by the victim personally or through their authorised advocate along with the case details (Case Crime No., Police Station, and CNR No. if available). The official court fee for certified copies is ₹2 to ₹5 per page, depending on the urgency— • Ordinary copy: usually issued within 7–10 working days. • Urgent copy: issued within 2–3 days with double fee. Apart from this, your lawyer may charge a nominal professional fee (₹300–₹1000) for drafting and following up the copy application. Ensure that the application clearly mentions that you are the victim’s counsel and attach a vakalatnama or authorisation letter from the victim for transparency.

2000 rs for certified chargesheet within 7 days but if u want urgent copy then you'll pay 3000 get same day or second day certified chargesheet copy in surajpur district court in greater Noida thoda kam jyada bhi ho sakta h

Suraj pur court ka fees pradesh ke har court se alag hai wahan se koi bhi copy nikalne ke liye vahan ke adhivaktaon ki sahayata leni hoti hai waise 1000-1500/- would be considered an ok fee lagna 500/- chahiye
