Court direction under 482 section for not giving csr and filing FIR

Hello
I am wife went to Police station and gave complaint on criminal wrongdoings of husband , the officials never gave CSR and did not file FIR and highlight is they did not even call the respondent to the station and threatening me to give statement alone as my husband is influential person in political circle and no enquiry happened till now its been 10 dayd since i gave complaint so planning to get court direction for this by filing petition under 482 section of criminal code procedure .kindly clarify what else to do to for csr and fir on the concerned person
Madam you can give complaint through online at TN Police website and they will give an online acknowledgement receipt. Then after one week if till no action is taken then you have to approach the concerned Magistrate Court to get direction to file FIR

you give you give and to the Commissioner of Police by registered post response the police will call you because the written complaint by the registered post with acknowledgement card is the proof of giving a complaint to the police so if the police has not taken any action that after then only you can proceed before the magistrate under the provision to file an FIR
