Whom to complaint when court clerk is demanding bribe for legal work to be done even after following legal procedures and paying requisite fees. Does ACB acts on complaints against court clerks. Plz suggest
Yes, ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau) acts against the Corruption Complaints in Judiciary, at least, against the Court Clerks. You Officially lodge a Complaint against them by writing to ACB, they will put that Court Clerk in trap, so that, he will be exposed red handed seeking Bribe from you.
