Purely based on the information provided, it is difficult to give a detailed solution. A Non Bailable Warrant is generally issued when the concerned party remains absent from the Court whenever expected to be present. If service of summons has happened and you have remained consistently absent on subsequent dates a NBW is issued. I would recommend appearing before the Court, make an application to take the matter on board, get the NBW cancelled and then file for discharge from the matter. Once the Court is convinced of your relevance in the matter, the court would discharge you from the matter.
