Corruption trap case by lokayukta

In my case government servant was trapped by another government servant(complainant) whose pending work was in other section of the office but not with accused.complainant and one of the trap team member both are relatives in this case will that be in favour of accused as it is pre planned trap.
Dear Sir,
The accused may approach the Service Tribunal or High Court and take a chance of quashing the FIR. The quashing petition must be prepared by experienced with service advocate otherwise it may not be allowed. Better hire an advocate having face value at the time of final arguments.
