Coporal Punishment by the School authorities

Sir/Madam is it legal for a school to make a student stand for 90 minutes for not wearing id card in school
Dear Madam,Â
It is totally illegal to give such big punishment. Raise the issue by sending a strong legal notice and approach the Education Department and also threaten to make the issue viral on the social network. They never wish to spoil their reputation. In the meanwhile you take TC for the student other wise he may be tortured silently. Please take a wise decision. Take advocate or lodge a police complaint also.
