hi if there are great medical issues then you could file petition in court seeking interim bail and for regular bail need to see the nature of allegations and the role involved by him and based on that regular bail would be decided

Hello, since your uncle has already been convicted under Sections 302 and 380 IPC and is serving life imprisonment, regular bail is difficult and depends mainly on the pending criminal appeal before the High Court. However, considering his genuine heart-related medical issues, he may seek interim medical bail or suspension of sentence by filing an application before the High Court along with strong medical records, jail medical reports, and cardiologist opinions. Courts do grant temporary relief in genuine medical emergencies, usually for limited periods, and extensions can also be sought depending on his condition. There is no fixed timeline for regular bail after conviction, especially in 302 IPC matters, but serious health grounds and delay in disposal of appeal can help in obtaining relief.

There is no fixed limit. Temporary bail/parole can be sought multiple times if genuine medical grounds continue, but misuse negatively affects future relief. If criminal appeal is pending in High Court, suspension of sentence applications may take weeks to months depending on urgency and court workload Serious heart condition can help in getting urgent hearing. Since he is convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, regular bail after conviction is difficult, but not impossible during appeal proceedings.
