constitution: can file pil while writ crl is pending

petitoner has filed a writ for quashing fir against him on charges of 376, 504 and 34 ipc. the victim in the said writ has been appered through her counsel. whether a pil can be filed by a lawyer on behalf of victim although the writ is pending?

That must be a petition under section 482 crpc for quashing of FIR. Your question pertains to whether a writ can be filed by the lawyer of the victim on her behalf. Answer depends on what kind of writ they are filing and it is seeking which remedy from the court. It would be better, if proper facts are laid before, before answering anything.

hello client as i can see tht you have moved to high court for quashing under 376 ,504,34 ipc your case is under consideration by the court and still pending before high court. in these conditions you wish to file a PIL in the same court but ad your writ is still pending i need to know the full facts of the case then only i can advice it can be filled or not.
