Conspiracy to kidnap and bodily harm for property

A few of my relatives want to grab property and fixed deposits left behind by my late father. My mother is 75 and partially blind. They want to use her signature. They are planning to have me kidnapped using local criminals. Am stuck at home in fear.

Okay, that seems quite a serious issue. You should report the matter immediately to the police and take their help if they refuse, then you can make an application before the jurisdictional court for necessary actions. Regards

You can lodge a complaint against them in police. Police will take action against them. Of this is still not working then you need a lawyer who can help you with the paper work and then you will get what you deserve or your late father's belonging will be yours.
