Consequences for bigamy or polygamy if married outside India

I am Indian citizen married to Indian wants to take foreign citizenship for that I will have to marry a girl from that country, more then three marriage is permissible in the said country. can I be prosecuted for bigamy or polygamy after that?
Bigamy in India is bigamy.
However the personal matters of couple should discussed by the couple.
Whether they are happy with their consortium.
Otherwise legal matters of family dispute are available for personal matters such as divorce judicial separation mutual consent for maintainance of partner and dependants.as per personal law of person in concern in matters before family court of law.
