Conditional bail relaxation : BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1556 OF 2019

BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1556 OF 2019 I got a conditional bail from highcourt with term deposit with the Trial Court a sum of Rs. 15 lakhs as under : (i) Rs. 5,00,000/- within two weeks from the date of release on bail and the balance amount in equal monthly installments of Rs. 1,00,000/- each. I have not completed that condition and I want to relax from this. Is it possible or not.

Well, I can assist you in seeking relaxations for you from the Trial Court in terms of the conditions imposed upon you, as part of the Bail Order. If we won't get any positive response from Trial Court, then, We will approach High Court!

Yes, you may request the HC for some more time to complete the conditions. However, you will have to show a proper reason as to why you are not able to complete the condition. The HC has powers to cancel your bail or to modify the bail conditions as well. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
