Is ipc 354 A compoundable? Is 41A notice mandatory for ipc 354A?........... ......................
Yes…the offence under section 354a is bailable and cognizable and also this offence is not listed under Compoundable offences. And the notice under section 41a CrPC is mandatory for all the offences mentioned in the Indian Penal Code. It gives the opportunity for the party to speak.
