compliant on loan recovery agent

A loan recovery agent used very abusive words my loan repayment was late by 15 days and he threatening my family and me that he will beat and using bad language

Such behaviour by a recovery agent is illegal. You may immediately file a police complaint under IPC for criminal intimidation ,abuse and threats . You may also complaint to RBI ombudousment , as RBI strictly prohibits use of abusive language or threats in loan recovery . Immediately consult a lawyer and take legal action for protection of your rights .

Before magistrate, you need to file a case for criminal intimidation, on the said recovery agent along with manager of your bank. However this will not stop them from sending other people for recovery of money. for this you need to file injunction petition before junior civil judge
