Complaint filed against fake advocate in state bar council

I had filed complaint against an fake advocate. Show cause notice was issued to opponent. Opponent appeared and took time for reply. Time was granted, however it's been two months still the opponents have not filed there reply. On the contrary the Hon' Secretary told me that they have checked in the records and confirmed that opponent is not an advocate. State bar council told me they will inform me on call, when opponents filed there reply.. but it's now more than two months no reply....??

Well, the procedure by which cases have been running before the concerned Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and Bar Council of India are very slow in respect of the cases filed against Advocates on the ground of Professional Misconduct due to several factors including large number of pending cases. Hence, you need to remain patient.
