Complaint against wife and her parents for false DV case

Sir, Hon. Magistrate Court has dismissed my wife DV petition for the below reasons:- 1.DV proved false. 2. Wife stated in her affidavit that her parents has given 25 lakhs during marriage by selling property but I proved it false by producing documents from sub registrar office, that no property was sold. If Court observed extortion in judgment.Can my mother file case .My mother is a widow & patient, wife purposefully made her culprit in DV petition. Wife stayed along with my mother only for 2 months. After 6 years only she filled DV case on me and my mother. In another petition she tells that my mother is a patient and so weak to even support her self. 4.she told her parents gave 25 cent land & 101 gold. But really gave 50 cent property & 40 sovereign gold. They only produced bill for 30 sovereign. I took 30 sovereign gold . But she had kept gold in bank for taking gold. Is it necessary to cross examine wife parents to file criminal defamation case against them?
