Complaint against the person released without the order of the court

Sir I have filed a 506 case against a person who abused me with indecent words and cheating me in giving me proper information about my provident fund. I have filed an FIR on him and later has been took him on remand for settlement...but, the C. I has released him without my consent or the court. Please help me on this.

the main article, vide G.O.M. No. 732, dt. 5-12-1991, the offence under Section 506 IPC has been made cognizable and non-bailable if committed in Andhra Pradesh. In 1991, Telangana and (present-day) Andhra Pradesh, were both in the then existing Andhra Pradesh State, therefore, Section 506 IPC is cognizable and non-bailable both in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states.Please check that might had take n the bail.

Madam this suggestion only. U/S 506 IPC is bailable one the police authorities have power to grant bail to the accused (who harassed you) by taking of sufficient sureties and realized him. After lodged of FIR, immediately thereafter the duty of the police authorities to discharge their duties in your case concerned, your concent is not required for granting of bail. After investigation has been completed concerned officer incharge of your case filed the charge sheet before the honble court. The honble conducted full plugged trail and punish the accused on merits of the case.
