Complaint against the boyfriend for breach of contract of marriage.

I am in a relationship from last 1 year. The boy is 7 years Younger than me. in jan he will be 23 years old.He was committed in relationship and ready to marry me. Bt now from last 1.5 Months he is saying move on get married to another guy. i can' t leave him he is everything for me. I want to marry him. What can i do legally i have some photos that shows we were in relationship i have chats where he made promises please advice me what can i do

Contact of marriage is nothing in law.only marriage with customery rituals are valid.Every body have the right to live with their choice.contact the other & explain your problem for betterment of all.

To what extent on the pretext of marriage he used you is the concern, if on the false pretext of Marriage he was into physical relations with you then he surely would be punished for the offence or else it has to be seen in depth
