Complaint against my grandparents n uncle

I live in Canada . My grandparents and uncle and father drove my mother out of the house because of physical and mental abuse where can I file a complaint being an NRI

you can seek help from a lawyer, he will draft a complaint for you and you can file the same after signing on it through online portal of police. it is very serious matter and you mother needs immidiate help

Your mother has the right to maintenance and right to accomodation and residence in her in laws house. She can file case under various provisions of domestic violence. for more information contact me.
