Complaint against husband for bigamy and not giving maintenance.

I am Muslim..filed a complaint against my husband and his family for continuously harassing me for more dowry after paying him 2 and 1/2 crore for his pg seat.After which he separated leaving behind my 4year old daughter. I filed for maintenance which was supposed to be 10000 per month from feb 17 onwards but he has only paid 15000. And this month he has remarried without giving me a divorce.what can be done?
File a Bigamy case against him at your nearest police station. File a domestic violence case and 498-1 dowry harassment case against him immediately with the help of advocate which will pressurize him to pay you alimony or balance maintenance or he will come for settlement.
