Purchase an two wheeler back in 2023 however still date vehicle has not been registered with RTO nor received RC book want to take legal action
Dear client based on your question,
if you haven't yet received the RC book then you can go for legal action. You can check with the local RTO if the registration process was initiated but not completed. You can even file a written complaint if the dealer fails to process registration.
