Complainant Not Responding to Court Summons 419 and 420crpc

I was arrested for online fraud case in 2015 and The complainant had demanded 55k and since then I was attending court but now I want to pay the complainant and withdraw the case but the complainant is not coming to the court and neither responding to the Court Summons, what can i do?

what are the offences invoked against you? The trail is on which stage? This is a very tricky situation wherein practicality is to be adopted, that depends upon the stage of the trail as well. please provide further details for guidance

There is no need to worry if the opposite party settles with the fixed amount if possible settle the fixed amount or if they demand more money then disclose it to the court. Send a legal letter through an advocate.
