Delayed fir, posh committee exonerated me etc

ok definitely you may go for quashing of fir in gujrat high court where if yiu feel that a fake case is registered against you then yiu need to file a case in High court it is a speedier process compared to the lower court

first take bail from court if charges in fir are serious and also appoint advocate to look after your case
because it is advisable that advocate will first study your case and can come to some conclusion without going to ur fir and evidence it will not be proper to advice
