I'm a Hindu. My cases- Some matrimonial, Child Custody & property related cases are pending in different courts.......... With Reference to the subject, I want to know, whether a man can file a Criminal & Civil case against his own wife who wrongly alleges & insults him as a wine drinker in the court case papers ...? Can he file a suit of defamation ? Can he ask for Economic Compensation ? If so, what are the determinants of amounts of compensation?
