the question here is purely academic one however I wish to answer that. joint enterprise is not a term used in the legal terminology in India or any of the Indian court. mostly it is used in the courts in Europe. however if you need to define joint enterprise then please read through Mulla for expression. in India participation in crime is the only one used and we can use the section 34 for joint liability in crime
