Committal to sessions, case status for trail.

Hello Sir,
My criminal case was committal from magistrate to sessions 1 month before.
Till now I'm not received any summons from the court for trail. How can I get the total details of my case status weather it is committed to sessions or not and how long I should wait for my trail in sessions. Is there any way to speedup my case. Please suggest.

if the case is filed against you, you will receive summons as soon as the case gets numbered to the address mentioned in the complaint by the complainant. there is no need of attending the court until you receive summons from the court
