Column 12 of Chargesheet and Quashing of FIR

Can the advocate go to High Court for quashing of FIR under Section 482, if name of the accused is placed in column 12 of the chargesheet? Also give me relevant case laws in support please, so that those cases can be cited in the court.

for quashing of any FIR the High Court of the state is the only place where an application can be made. Case laws vary according to their merits and it cannot be provided as such in such a space. However the appellant and the advocate need to appear before the honourable high court to get FIR quashed
