College is withholding my original documents even I passout student.

I took admission in a college in institute level quota. That sir told me that I have to pay only cast fees. But then after I passout at the time of document collection they told me to pay full fees. What should I do now?

Well, if they have promised you in writing or if you have recorded their promise on call, then you can get that promise executed. If you do not have such records, then how will you prove in court, that, such promise of not taking full fees from you, was made by the college.

aapko High Court mein writ petition file karna hai . yah Puri vastu sthiti aapko Court ke samne Lekar jana hai. yadi aap Jaate Hain Highcourt mein to aapko nyaay Jarur milega. aapke case me merit hai . aur Institute ko aapke document rakhne ka , aapka carrier rokane ka koi bhi Adhikar Nahin Hai . Lekin let mat jaaiye jaldi kijiye . aap petition file kar dijiye .apko nyay Jarur milega . thank you . Apne expert se ray lijiye
