College and university fraud . Took my whole fees ,not provide degree

Im final year BAMS student i am neet qualified but i got direct admission in college without counselling . From past 3 years my university take my exams and gave result and enrollment and in final year they are telling that you are not eligible for this course because you take admission without counselling . During admission my college tell me that they have high court permission and now i m suffering . I gave college all my fees and now no one is helping.

In your case if it is a government college then in that case generally NEET-UG counselling is mandatory. You have not specified whether it was a private or a government college. If it is a private college and they have already taken the fees and taken your exams for last 3 years as per your allegation then legal action is still possible where we can insist that a breach of contract has happened on their part.
