MM Court has exclusive jurisdiction to deal / try the Cases u/s 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 IPC. The Family Court has exclusive jurisdiction to deal/ try the Cases u/s 125 CrPC, PWDV Act, 9 HMA. Both the court has separate jurisdiction to deal with cases. These all cases of your caccot be transferred in one court as per present law.
