Closure Report Procedure in CBI Court

A fale case was registered by CBI due to personal anonymity and after 18 months investigation closure report is filed by CBI in CBI court. Online CBI court status reflects reply and arguments on IA on next date. Earlier it was showing Prosecution Evidence. More than six months passed after submitting closure report in court . Still court order is awaited. Legal remedy to get seized property and early court order .
You can call for status report from the investigating agency, through court.
If they file a closure report, you may file a protest petition stating the reasons that why that report should not be accepted by court. Thereafter court may take decision. this remedy can be taken if the closure report is against you.
if you want seek disposal of the matter then you may file an application in the court and also go for quashing of the FIR under 482 Cr.Pc in the High court.
