Dear Sir/Madam is it legal for a school to make a student stand out for not wearing identity card if this is not legal then what actions can be taken?
Dear Sir,
in many schools the management and Teachers punishing this innocent students and parents are afraid of taking action. you may lodge the complaint with the school management and block educational officer and also sent legal notice threatening to make the issue viral on social network but everything at the risk of your child. you may further advise to take transfer certificate and admit the child in another school.
