Child physical abuse by another child outside school

I want to know if a child is lhysically assulted by another child of the same schooljust outside school gate then what is the law to secure child's safty by school and what is school's responsibility in this condition

First you need to escalate this matter to the school management via writing and get the school head n principal involved. And ask school to call the other student’s parents to the school to discuss this matter. If the the school management has done this n still the beating attempt has occurred then you must file a police complying against the child & the school management.

it is a serious violation of life and liberty of the child , if your child has been assaulted by another child , you should immediately complain regarding to police authorities and that erring child then would be prosecuted under JJ Act
