I had been molested by my mom's cousin uncle thrice when I was a kid. He is continuing this with other girls in public places I have observed. Are there no charges against him??
there are serious charges. but one need to inform the local police as there is special act for child abuse (PASCO) which has severe implications and consequences. if you are the victim still you can make the complaint at least some action would be taken in furtherance of the same. investigation authority may keep your name secret if you have any fear.

The charges will be there if someone has gone and complained against him to the police. If not, obviously there won't be any charges. If you wish you can go and complain to the police even now though the incident may have occurred many years back. You can even complain about the continued molestation with other girls.
