Cheque Bounce and i want to pay but not possible to go in court due to

i am from Bhopal, one cheque of 10,000/- is dishonored, i paid in cash outside court but he refused and still case is going on. i want to pay via court through advocate and i am not able to go there from bhopal to sitamarhi because certain reasons. is it possible? that whatever court will charge i will pay
