Cheating on the name of love and marriage

The boy in the name of love, making his lover to do the handjob twice in a day when they were in a living together relationship for about 1year. And 3 to 4 times he have done fingering to that girl. Now because of some silly reasons, he is not ready to marry her. Now the girl's situation is not able to forget him and do not have any proof that proves what he have done to that girl. Just she has only a WhatsApp messages which states that they both love each other. But she want him to marry her or he should get punished. But do not know how to give a complaint, on what basis.

it's attract the ingredients of rape and the cheating , you have to proove that it's against your will and wishes even induced to do such acts promising to marry her, she can file complaint and tell her to support the investigation providing necessary details to police ,kindly approach jurisdiction police station without any delay and file written Complaint.
