Cheating for 12 lakhs and sex on the pretex of false marriage

I m a divorcee buissnesswoman with two children my childhhod friend n her husband has cheated on me i have given them a loan of 12lakhs n even he had sex with me giving me false promise of marriage with me .my friend had given me 2 chqs of 6lakhs n a promissary note i had deposited one chq of 6 lakh but t chq bounced i had registered acase against her in one year the verdict was in my favour she is sentenced for 2months n further 2mths for non payment of t amount but till now i have not executed or insisted t police to arrest her .my friend n her husband together have planned to get money from me n even i being divorcee lured to have a second marriage with him we are muslim dawoodi bohras i m totally confused what action should i take on both of them pls advise is it wrong to jelp a friend in t time of need i m totally depressed by her husband deed i consensually had sex with him but he diched me on t pretex of marriage.so pls advise n suggest me what should i do

Dear client they have give proposal of second marriage just to escape from loan laibility and to escape from legal proceeding. U have to think about the future of yr children. For detail discussion call me

Sex on the false pretext of marriage is Rape.
Please immediately lodge FIR against your friend and her husband.
I will help you in drafting the complaint to police.
Please do not waste any more time.and please so not get I to the dilemma whether you should take action or not.
This dilemma is more harmful for your future and life and family.

Any consent given under a misconception of fact, would not be considered as valid consent, so far as the provisions of Section 375 IPC are concerned, and thus, such a physical relationship would tantamount to committing rape.
The mala fide motives of the man who had made a false promise to this effect only to satisfy his lust, falls within the ambit of cheating or deception.

You may choose to file a criminal complaint and we advice you to pursue execution of court order in cheque bounce complaint.

You can file execution of sentence against the friend. I would like to know whether your friend has filed an appeal against the conviction in the cheque bouncing case. you also can file rape and cheating case against the culprit

hello, have been through your query mam and i think that you should sent an notice to the person(s) to whom you have given an amount of 12,00,000/- Rs. if you have given them money in cash or by cheque depends upon the circumstances of the case!
