Cheating case on promise Mady by an institution wrt anthropology

I have joined anthropology optional test series in a institution for upsc exam but they are not lived on the promise made to us even though repeated request? Can I file petition against the institute( located in Delhi) ? If yes where can I file ( Session court or High courts) ?

You can file a case against them in the magistrate court wherein a complaint case can be filed against them for cheating you and you can even recover your money by filing the recovery suit against them

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, you have multiple options before you. you can issue a legal notice to the institute. you may approach the consumer forum or a civil court for refund. in addition you may also file a criminal complaint for cheating.
