My daughter in law fraudulently withdrew money from my account and is refusing to return it. What can I do about it.

Your question is that your daughter in law has withdrawn money from your account without your consent ..the question is how did she withdraw ? Via online transfer or via ATM …how does she know the pin or password of your cards ? Anyways u can get one police complaint drafted by us …

First of all try to convince her that this is wrong and give my money back and if she has done it fraudulently and is not at all listening then you should file a complaint before the nearest police station of your area. You can also CC it to the cyber cell if it is done electronically.
