Cheating case bail granted what would happen next in the case

In cheating case my friend was in jail his when out on the bail what hpnd next in this case the sections 420,417,Sc/St act case are filed on my friend ?

Subsequent to filing of the case, police will need to file a charge sheet.
The charge-sheet is nothing but a final report of police officer under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.c
Once the chargesheet has been submitted to a court of law, the court decides as to who among the accused has sufficient prima facie evidence against him to be put on trial.
After the court pronounces its order on framing of charges, prosecution proceedings against the accused begin in the judicial system.
based on the contents of the charge sheet, your friend can choose to file a quash petition in High court under Section 482 of Cr.p.c, if your friend does not want to face trial in the court.
Normally if the case filed is a false case, your friend can easily get the case quashed in High court under section 482 of Cr.P.C

after arresting a person he will sent to judicial remand, then you should file a bail application. then he will be released on a bail if granted, on submission of solvent sureties as directed. otherwise remains in jail til disposal of the case.
