Cheating by boyfriend : 9 yrs difference

I am 37 yrs lady, unmarried. Had 4 yrs love and relationship with 9 yrs young man. Things were fine and till last 2 months where parents has said no for marriage because of age difference. On this he has started dating other girl and stop all contacts now. Have supported that man with financial, emotional and physical for past 4 yes now. He have been with each other like husband and wife, it's just we waited for parents consent for marriage bad use to say at our places. Need help and justice.

My Response to your query: If above stated is true than first you can ask your friend yo marry as promised since both with each other.if he denies than you can file civil as well as criminal case against that person.. For More detail you may contact me Thank

Dear queriest, as per your query you are mentioned about the fact that the person has cheated you like he is being with you in relationship handmade promise to be with you for whole life and to marry you and therefore has stayed with you and used you emotionally physically financially excetra clean with some other girl since you have been having is difference letter against the same

If that boy is not ready for living with you.Then it is difficult.If you are older than 9 years of that person it is not prohibited for marriage.For marriage parents consent is not required.Therefore you can register your marriage in special marriage Registrar Office. or can file case against him for maintainence in court of law.
