I have been in relationship with a guy for 4 years … he was with me in live in for 1 year and promise me for taking this relationship ahead. Now my family got to know about this and I have asked him to support me he is denying of everything and asking me to go from his life. During these 4 years he was lot of time hit me abused me emotionally and mentally for which I am suffering from mental illness.
Can I file a case against him
yes..if your boyfriend not support u then u should able to laudge FIR against your boyfriend at nearest police station in various sections of Indian panel code like 376, 342, and ext...if you help then u can help from lawyer..
