Cheated from fake people In name of marriage

My friends ex-fiance's family plays with girls. In name of marriage boys families chooses good families and keep postponing marriage. Their son has mental disorder which they never reveal on their own. They lie on working status. Boy also keep asking money after engagement in some form or other stating his parents hs kept his money. His family just want girls so that he can timepass n later their son break up on text msg n disappear..they create profiles on matrimonial sites just to timepass in the name of marriage n take money. Though they are not married n has no right..but it is not morally right. Can we do something so that we can save other girls n families
You can always file a written complaint against these types of people and address the same to the police station of your area. And if matrimonial sites are involved then you can also copy the complaint to the cyber cell and warn them to deactivate the accounts or proper verify these kinds of people.
