Cheated by a girl who is friend for money

A friend of mine took 3.15 lac rupees from me for her financial needs but she is not refunding me back. What can I do now? She is threatening me continuously like she won't give me my money back if she gets angry. And I have WhatsApp chats too. Which expresses that she has my money. What should I do?

Hello if your friend is not returning your money amicably, try to get a cheque of the loan amount you have given, if you don't get the cheque from her then you can send a legal notice to your friend demanding money back through advocate.

There is a direct remedy available to you if you can substantiate the claim. The whatsapp chats will play a crucial role. The purpose of advancing the loan of 3.15 L and the security thereof, shall also be a deciding factor and will be looked into by the Adjucicating Courts.
