Cheated by a girl for money and now she is not responding to calls

I have been deceived by a girl through whatsapp, giving wrong address, refused to give address proof, id proof, but even now she is visiting whatsapp, I stopped chating 12.7.2016, I have her photo, phone no, bank details through money sent, insufficient address, her name, transactions from Jan to April 2016, during may 2016 she agreed to repay but suddenly started to postpone, stopped replying whatsapp, attending calls, so I stopped contacting her since 12.7.2016 Its believed she is in tumkur, Karnataka, basis for contact is matrimonial proposal by her for my matrimonial Advt.
With phone number or with bank details, you may find her address. Without her residential or employment address you cannot do anything. If you get address, it is better you send a notice for repayment of money. Then file a police complaint. Police complaint may not help you as you have just paid the money but without any documentation. If you any reply to your notice it would help you to file a court case - both civil as well as criminal.

You need to go to police station(preferably in the area's station where she stay) and file a complaint against her along with facts. Like., mobile number / whats up conversion written in cd / email conversions / bank transaction receipts ... etc.,
