Cheat and Stealing my Car by my friend
26-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My Friend has cheated me and kept my car for more than 10 months,now I suspect he has sold it.
He is not in India anymore.When I contacted him,he is not responding properly.
I checked from Hyundai service history and found last service was in Rajasthan(Originally car is from.Bangalore)
Please advise how to recover money/car.

Dear Sir,
You may lodge police complaint or file a civil suit for recovery of amount. In the meanwhile try to get RTO records as to when the car was sold, if sold. It cannot be sold since your signature is required for transferring the vehicle. If your signature is forged then criminal action is taken against him.
