Chargesheet never fillings from io in court

I'm canvarted muslim girl and I'm married with muslim man, my husband 1st wife hurting me all time and her family'smember also hurting me, they never want i Iive with my husband so they are continue hurt me by all thing .so i file case against them but io not responding me never send charsheet in court so what I should do

Well, you can file a Criminal Case against them for the prolonged harassment which you have faced from them. You can file case of Domestic Violence even if your Hubby along with family is unleashing violence upon you.
